What you'll do

Design, develop, and integrate solutions for business and technical requirements across digital web applications.
Develop reusable and scalable Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
Write clean, secure, efficient, and modular code to meet high-quality software standards.
Improve and simplify existing application code while ensuring high unit test coverage.
Identify and resolve complex application complications and priority resolution incidents.
Design data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams for critical healthcare applications.
Mentor junior engineers as necessary to support team growth and development.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Senior Project Engineer or related occupation in the healthcare domain.
Experience working with clients in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry.
Proficiency in core application languages including IBM Integration Bus/App Connect Enterprise, AWS, Python, and Java.
Experience designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software and modular code with high unit test coverage.
Experience designing APIs, data models, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams for digital web applications.
Proficiency in technologies including IBM MQ, ESQL, DB2, Oracle Database, Shell Scripting, AI, REST-Based Services, and Kafka.
Experience with Agile Methodology (Scrum), DevOps, Continuous Integration (Jenkins/Maven), and Version Control Systems.
