What you'll do

Perform EM simulation and modeling to determine antenna performance and required volumes.
Prototype antennas and correlate physical measurement results with simulation data.
Execute element tuning and optimization for various antenna technologies.
Conduct passive and active antenna characterization.
Perform antenna location and interoperability assessments to ensure desense-free performance.
Use Finite Element Analysis tools to evaluate structural and thermal performance of designs.
Provide factory test station and debug support for hardware builds.
Compile antenna performance reports and present findings to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
4+ years of antenna design experience related to 3G/4G technologies, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth products.
Knowledge of antenna fundamentals, radiation theory, and EM simulation experience.
Experience with prototyping and implementation.
Antenna and RF test and measurement expertise.
Experience with EM simulation software such as CST, HFSS, or FEKO.
Knowledge of SolidWorks simulation or Ansys Finite Element analysis tools (preferred).
Export control laws and regulations, candidates.
