What we're looking for

  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a senior animation contributor or leader.
  • Must have experience directing animation on high-quality AAA games.
  • Must possess strong leadership, people management, communication, and mentoring skills.
  • Must be able to lead teams to deliver high-quality work while balancing creative ambition with technical and production requirements.
  • Must have experience and confidence directing actors and athletes for motion capture.
  • Must have a strong understanding of current animation practices, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Must have experience directing or working with real-time animation systems in engines like Unreal, Unity, Frostbite, or proprietary technology.
  • Beneficial: Experience with emerging technologies like machine learning, procedural animation, and technical fluency with scripting or engine workflows.
