What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in high-fidelity game development with deep hands-on expertise in Unreal Engine 5 or Unity and C++.
  • Expertise in profiling and debugging at the engine layer, including diagnosing frame time and memory issues using Unreal’s tools.
  • Proven track record optimizing CPU, GPU, and memory footprints for constrained environments across multiple platforms.
  • Deep technical knowledge of game architecture, gameplay systems, content pipelines, artist workflows, rendering, backend services, and cross-platform development.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining modular, scalable frameworks with hands-on experience managing world partition, level streaming pipelines, asset virtualization, shader compilation, and build/cook systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and scale multidisciplinary engineering teams while collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical leaders.
