TL;DR · Analog/Mixed-Signal IP Engineering Program Manager

The Analog/Mixed-Signal IP Engineering Program Manager joins the Silicon Engineering team to oversee the development of Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs for custom SoCs. This role involves driving development from early concept to mass production, ensuring technical excellence, quality, and schedule execution. The manager partners with AMS IP design and SoC Integration teams to manage milestones, resolve complex technical dependencies, and perform root cause analysis on silicon issues. Key responsibilities include identifying program risks, supporting silicon validation, and synthesizing technical data into executive presentations. The position requires expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and LDOs. Candidates must navigate the SoC integration lifecycle using EDA tools and flows to support both consumer devices and large-scale data center infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Drive the development of state-of-the-art Analog/Mixed-Signal IPs from early concept to mass production.
  • Manage high-impact development milestones, including issue resolution, bug tracking, and IP consumer synchronization.
  • Resolve complex technical dependencies across multidisciplinary teams including SoC Design, Physical Design, and Verification.
  • Identify program risks early and lead rapid root cause analysis and resolution of silicon issues.
  • Support silicon validation of AMS IPs across consumer and data center environments with hardware and software teams.
  • Synthesize technical data into clear project status presentations for engineering and executive stakeholders.

What we're looking for

  • BS in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Track record in AMS IP design, AMS product/program management, or AMS design engineering management.
  • Hands-on design experience and deep technical expertise in AMS IPs for SerDes, LPDDR, HBM, PLLs, and/or LDOs (preferred).
  • Experience developing or validating high-reliability IPs for data center infrastructure (preferred).
  • Proven real-time crisis leadership in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments (preferred).
  • Ability to lead with influence across technical teams, multi-functional organizations, and external vendors (preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of IP development methodologies, EDA tools, and SoC integration lifecycles (preferred).
