What you'll do

  • Design and optimize analog/mixed-signal circuit layouts for high-performance ICs.
  • Implement layout techniques to meet performance, power, and area goals.
  • Perform detailed routing and placement of transistors and interconnects.
  • Create and maintain physical design rules and guidelines documentation.
  • Collaborate on DRC/LVS checks to ensure layout integrity and compliance.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 4+ years of analog layout design experience.
  • Proficient in using Cadence Innovus and other EDA tools.
  • Experience with CAD automation and PCell creation required.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes needed.
  • MSEE or higher degree preferred for advanced roles.
