What you'll do

Create and manage project schedules with clear dependencies, critical paths, and systematic status reporting.
Manage risks and mitigation plans while re-planning projects as necessary based on changing events.
Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to launch and maintain premier software products.
Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop data collection and evaluation solutions.
Partner with privacy and legal teams to ensure product features meet regulatory requirements and protect user privacy.
Coordinate with cross-region engineering teams to align priorities and provide clarity on project goals.
Provide regular program updates and status reports to leadership.
Use a data-driven approach to drive consensus across various internal organizations.

What we're looking for

8+ years of experience driving large scale program building machine learning powered products.
Experience orchestrating the delivery of multiple significant client/server software products requiring large organizations (100+).
BS/MS in EE, CS, CE, or equivalent degree.
Bilingual fluency in both Chinese and English.
Strong program management skills including structuring and managing multiple interdependent work streams.
Ability to drive consensus through a data-driven approach across cross-functional teams.
Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, or other Quantitative Sciences (preferred).
5+ years of experience managing a program management team in AI powered product space (preferred).
