JOB TITLE: Engineering Program Manager, Security Compliance, Apple Services Engineering
The Engineering Program Manager, Security Compliance, Apple Services Engineering will join the ASE Security Compliance team to drive the development and execution of compliance programs and security audits for services powering internal and external products. This role involves leading multiple concurrent security compliance projects, managing a portfolio of disparate obligations, and implementing privacy and security controls to satisfy legal, regulatory, and internal requirements like GDPR, SOX, PCI, and ISO. The manager will drive remediation from audits, develop audit processes, and support security teams by removing obstacles. Key requirements include experience with cloud infrastructure, large-scale SDLC processes, security engineering, and risk analysis. Candidates should possess skills in building scalable processes, data-driven analytical skills, and the ability to influence partners without direct authority.
Lead all aspects of multiple concurrent security compliance projects including scope, requirements, timelines, and resource allocation.
Manage a portfolio of disparate compliance obligations across multiple products and engineering teams to drive prioritization.
Implement privacy and security controls to satisfy legal, regulatory, and internal compliance requirements like GDPR, SOX, and PCI.
Drive remediation and improvements from audits or identified compliance gaps by designing comprehensive remediation activities.
Develop processes to support the execution of privacy and security controls audits.
Support privacy and security teams by setting goals, clarifying expectations, and removing operational obstacles.
What we're looking for
7+ years of engineering program management in the compliance or security domain.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems or deep relevant industry experience.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, large-scale SDLC processes, security engineering, and security compliance frameworks like SOX, PCI-DSS, and ISO27001.
Experience managing multiple projects across cross-functional teams and building scalable processes.
Experience with risk analysis and developing, prioritizing, and leading the execution of a roadmap.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively partner, influence, and instill confidence with key partners and stakeholders.
Experience supporting SDLC engineering processes and the design/adoption of bespoke internal software products (preferred).
Project Management and/or Security certifications such as PMP, CSM, CISA, CISSP, or CISM (preferred).
