Candidates must have experience with cloud platforms like GCP, Azure, or AWS, along with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph. What you'll do

  • Design and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, and AI Agents.
  • Build production-grade ML systems and integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise platforms.
  • Develop intelligent automation workflows and conversational experiences to solve complex business problems.
  • Implement MLOps and LLMOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, observability, and governance.
  • Apply responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance controls to all enterprise AI solutions.
  • Develop scalable AI solutions using cloud-native architectures and event-driven patterns.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional AI-powered products.
  • Build and maintain REST APIs using frameworks like FastAPI or Flask for AI service integration.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related discipline; equivalent experience considered.
  • 4-8 years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, AI Engineering, or related fields (preferred).
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing production-grade applications.
  • Experience designing and implementing Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG architecture, and vector databases.
  • Experience building AI Agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI.
  • Experience building REST APIs, containerizing applications with Docker, and managing workloads on Kubernetes.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS), CI/CD platforms, and relational/NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps, prompt engineering, responsible AI, and software design patterns.
