AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Build, test, deploy, and operate end-to-end AI pipelines for mission systems.
• Design and maintain robust AI and ML pipelines and automated workflows.
• Implement document RAG and Graph RAG solutions.
• Build applications leveraging LLMs for automation tasks like text summarization and customized reports.
• Develop multi-agent solutions for complex automation tasks.
• Adapt and fine-tune open-source models for specific use cases.
• Integrate AI capabilities into production systems using containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

What we're looking for

• Experience with data science, ML engineering, software engineering, data research, or data analytics.
• Experience building and deploying AI and ML solutions into production.
• Experience implementing document RAG and Graph RAG solutions.
• Experience building applications leveraging LLMs for automation tasks, including multi-agent solutions.
• Experience adapting and fine-tuning open-source models.
• Experience with object-oriented Python programming and best practices.
• Experience with containerization technology such as Docker, Helm, or Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with AI and ML, or 6+ years of experience with AI and ML in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with databases such as Qdrant, Milvus, or Elasticsearch (preferred).
• Experience with Elasticsearch index (preferred).
• Experience with relational databases such as Postgres (preferred).
• Experience with on-prem compute (preferred).
