Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy sequential deep learning models for growth and marketing initiatives.
• Build predictive models using large-scale financial and behavioral datasets to enhance personalization.
• Design infrastructure for training, serving, and monitoring large-scale ML systems in real-time environments.
• Generate insights from data to improve member engagement and overall experience.
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks and scalable ML platform capabilities.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in developing sequential and deep learning models for financial or behavioral data.
• Strong experience across the entire ML lifecycle from training to deployment and monitoring.
• Proficiency in working with large-scale transactional, financial, and behavioral datasets.
• Hands-on experience with AWS tools like SageMaker, Kafka, Airflow, Redis, Snowflake, and Spark.
• Expertise in Python, SQL, PyTorch, and PySpark for scalable ML development.
• Strong MLOps skills for deploying and maintaining production-grade ML systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate independently in ambiguous environments.
