Senior AI/ML Engineer

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy sequential deep learning models and traditional machine learning systems for growth initiatives.
• Build predictive models using large-scale financial, transactional, and behavioral datasets to improve personalization.
• Design and improve infrastructure for training, serving, and monitoring large-scale ML systems in batch and real-time environments.
• Contribute to experimentation frameworks, optimization strategies, and scalable ML platform capabilities.
• Identify technology gaps where AI/ML solutions can create measurable business impact.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve growth effectiveness and the member experience.

What we're looking for

• Deep expertise in building sequential and deep learning models for financial or behavioral data domains.
• Experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle including training, experimentation, optimization, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience working with large-scale transactional, financial, or behavioral datasets to develop predictive models.
• Hands-on experience with AWS and tools such as SageMaker, Kafka, Airflow, Redis, Snowflake, and Spark.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks like PyTorch and PySpark.
• A strong MLOps mindset for deploying and maintaining production-grade ML systems.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work independently in ambiguous environments.
