Staff Program Manager, Technical Education

What you'll do

• Develop and execute program strategies for technical learning initiatives including AI, Machine Learning, and Data Education.
• Design and create content for in-person and virtual technical learning events and forums.
• Build community and foster connections across the technical organization through various engagement platforms.
• Manage logistics for training programs, including course enrollment, materials, and event coordination.
• Measure and analyze program effectiveness using data to drive experimentation and decision-making.
• Create high-quality training assets such as slide decks, job aids, and instructional materials.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders, subject matter experts, and external partners.
• Optimize internal processes and tools to improve operational excellence and scalability.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of experience in a Technical L&D program or learning content management role.
• Must have prior direct experience in a technical field such as software engineering or data science.
• Must possess expertise in instructional design and content design best practices.
• Must have experience building and curating technical content for an engineering audience.
• Must have knowledge of AI enablement for product development and its use for developer productivity.
• Must be able to demonstrate a data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences.
• Must possess skills in graphic and visual design to create engaging, visually compelling learning materials.
• Must be based in San Francisco, California.
