What you'll do

Own end-to-end delivery for a multi-year HR and technology transformation project.
Translate executive priorities into clear outcomes, integrated roadmaps, and measurable success metrics.
Lead governance and executive operating cadences, including OKRs, RAID logs, and delivery health reporting.
Create and maintain integrated program plans across multiple teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
Drive cross-functional alignment with engineering, architecture, and HR to manage dependencies and remove blockers.
Manage change management and adoption strategies to ensure solutions embed into business-as-usual operations.
Champion the responsible adoption of AI-assisted workflows and agentic capabilities within program execution.
Deliver executive-ready narratives using data visualization to communicate progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in a large organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead delivery across multiple teams, including complex planning, dependency management, and executive-level communication.
Strong strategic and analytical capability to define success measures and drive data-driven metrics like OKRs and KPIs.
Strong governance and controls orientation, including risk management, documentation rigor, and steering committee engagement.
Proven ability to deliver adoption and change outcomes, including communications, readiness, and training coordination.
Fluency across delivery methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Strong technical fluency across modern platforms and digital tools to partner with architecture and engineering teams.
Experience supporting programs spanning HR, Technology, Employee Platforms, and AI Transformation.
Strong executive communication skills (preferred).
Certifications in Agile/Scrum, PMP, Lean, or Prosci/change management (preferred).
