AI Engineer, People Technology

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered products and intelligent workflow solutions for the People Organization.
• Build AI agents capable of making business-context-aware decisions and taking actions across enterprise systems.
• Develop multi-agent systems that coordinate work across different functions, platforms, and business processes.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms using APIs, event-driven architectures, and existing services like Workday and ServiceNow.
• Create reusable frameworks, services, and components to enable scalable AI adoption across the company.
• Rapidly prototype and scale AI solutions to improve HR processes like recruiting, onboarding, and talent management.
• Implement monitoring, observability, and evaluation frameworks to ensure AI systems meet security and compliance standards.
• Translate business needs into technical prototypes and production-ready AI applications.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience building AI, machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced expertise with Python, APIs, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI coding tools, and modern AI architectures.
• Proven experience building and deploying enterprise AI agents that operate across multiple business platforms and technology ecosystems.
• Expertise in multi-agent architectures, agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow automation, RAG, knowledge retrieval, and AI reasoning systems.
• Hands-on experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and HR/People Operations processes.
• Experience implementing and scaling AI solutions within large global enterprises (preferred).
• Expertise in Azure cloud-native architectures, vector databases, semantic search, and RAG frameworks (preferred).
