AI SDLC Transformation Manager

What you'll do

• Perform value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing software delivery processes.
• Design AI-native workflows that restructure how software is defined, designed, and governed for enterprise clients.
• Build agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases including requirements generation, user story synthesis, and architecture validation.
• Manage the transition of engineering teams from traditional methods to AI-augmented work environments.
• Maintain expertise in the evolving AI tooling ecosystem, including coding assistants and tool orchestration frameworks.
• Translate trends from digitally native organizations into actionable transformation roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt modern processes that maximize the impact of agentic workflows.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years working across the full SDLC with experience mapping, measuring, and redesigning delivery processes.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• Minimum of 3 years in a consulting or advisory capacity working with engineering organizations at enterprise scale.
• Minimum of 3 years applying flow metrics like cycle time, WIP, and throughput as active diagnostic tools.
• Minimum of 2 years working directly with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures in a professional context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Experience designing lightweight LLM evals for AI-generated SDLC artifacts (preferred).
• Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol and emerging tool orchestration standards (preferred).
