AI SDLC Transformation Manager

What you'll do

• Perform value stream mapping and flow metric analysis to identify waste in existing SDLC practices.
• Design AI-native processes to restructure and accelerate software definition, design, and governance.
• Build agentic systems for upstream SDLC phases including requirements generation and architecture validation.
• Manage change for engineering teams transitioning to AI-augmented workflows.
• Model the SDLC as a system to identify feedback loops and process bottlenecks.
• Translate digital engineering benchmarks into actionable roadmaps for enterprise clients.
• Maintain fluency in the AI tooling ecosystem including coding assistants and agentic platforms.
• Influence clients to modernize processes that limit the impact of agentic workflows.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience working across the full SDLC, including requirements through release.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing or building multi-agent or LLM-integrated systems.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consulting or advisory capacity working with enterprise-scale engineering organizations.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience applying flow metrics or value stream mapping as active diagnostic tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working directly with AI/ML systems, LLMs, or agentic architectures in a professional context.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Hands-on experience with 2+ leading AI coding assistants (preferred).
