The AI Solution Engineering Team Lead manages a team of Solution Engineers to drive revenue growth and accelerate enterprise adoption of advanced AI platform APIs. You will design AI solutions connecting to enterprise data sources while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards like SOC2 and GDPR. Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of Solution Engineers across SMB and Enterprise segments.
Own team-level quota, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and productivity metrics.
Establish and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations including outreach volumes and SLA adherence.
Drive structured opportunity qualification using methodologies like MEDDICC and BANT.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 5 years of experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical account management.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a team of solution architects, solution engineers, or technical account managers.
Hands-on experience building, configuring, or evaluating generative AI solutions through enterprise work, pre-sales prototypes, or personal projects (preferred).
Practical knowledge of leading AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot (preferred).
Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt design, RAG, embeddings, and designing AI solutions for enterprise applications (preferred).
Ability to explain AI concepts and architectural choices to technical and non-technical stakeholders (preferred).
Familiarity with scripting, JSON payloads, and knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, and GDPR standards (preferred).
