Enterprise AI Transformation Consultant

What you'll do

• Write production code for multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and vector search.
• Use AI coding agents like GitHub Copilot or Cursor to develop and ship production software.
• Implement microservices, event-driven designs, and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Contribute to solution architecture by translating high-level decisions into working technical systems.
• Perform AI evaluation, risk assessment, and observability tasks including LLM tracing and prompt versioning.
• Manage individual workstreams by planning tasks, meeting commitments, and communicating blockers to leads.
• Document technical decisions, write specifications, and present work to client engineering teams.
• Research and test new agentic AI approaches to create reusable assets and practice patterns.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering or technology consulting.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on software development experience with production deployments, testing, version control, and CI/CD.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience building with LLM APIs or AI/ML components in production contexts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using AI coding agents like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor in software development workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Associate’s Degree requires a minimum of 6 years of work experience.
• Industry experience in financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or public sector (preferred).
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, GCP) or AI/ML certification (preferred).
