Enterprise AI Transformation Manager

What you'll do

• Design and architect multi-agent systems, LLM integrations, and RAG pipelines on vector databases.
• Build production-ready AI solutions using LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agentic frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Own AI quality and observability by applying LLM tracing, failure mode analysis, and LLMOps.
• Define integration patterns for data flows using microservices, event-driven design, and containerization on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Translate client requirements into technical architecture decisions and contribute to ROI and token cost modeling.
• Lead end-to-end delivery workstreams by managing scope, tasks, dependencies, and risk reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Coach architects and consultants by documenting patterns and building reusable assets to improve delivery quality.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, or enterprise architecture.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on software development experience with production deployments.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading IT projects or a cross-functional team.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience building agentic or LLM-based systems in production contexts.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using AI coding agents in software development workflows.
• Familiarity with at least one vertical including financial services, healthcare, retail, logistics, or public sector.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Professional cloud certification or AI/ML certification (preferred).
