Product Manager, Salesforce

What you'll do

• Own the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Salesforce capabilities based on internal discovery and feature requests.
• Build and defend business cases for major investments by analyzing expected value, cost, risk, and trade-offs.
• Set priorities across the pillar and make go/no-go decisions regarding which items enter the delivery pipeline.
• Define success metrics and OKRs for the product pillar and report on performance after delivery.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for Salesforce products with Sales, Operations, Implementation, and Finance leadership.
• Translate executive intent into actionable roadmap themes while validating requirements before they reach the backlog.
• Partner with architects to make informed decisions regarding build-versus-configure options and platform trade-offs.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to provide product education for sales, service, and implementation teams.

What we're looking for

• At least 8 years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role working with software development teams.
• MBA, advanced degree, or relevant certifications are preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of roadmap and prioritization for platforms serving multiple competing stakeholder groups.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud to discuss configuration, customization, and platform constraints.
• Proven track record of managing the deployment of complex, large-scale products from concept to launch.
• Experience in an Agile environment using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
• Exposure to sales operations, quote-to-cash, or client implementation processes (preferred).
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration experience and relevant certifications (preferred); experience with CPQ, marketing automation, or ERP/AP systems (preferred).
