What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
  • 4+ years of work experience in a related field.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of the networking support industry.
  • Ability to develop product strategy including AI-driven capabilities.
  • Strong business acumen using data, analytics, and AI-enabled insights for problem solving.
  • Experience in cost-efficient solution building and financial performance metric analysis.
