What you'll do

  • Implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows for large-scale, distributed environments with zero downtime.
  • Scale microservice-based platforms across multiple geographic regions using Kubernetes and automated scaling.
  • Lead cross-functional DevOps projects from inception to completion while measuring outcomes against KPIs.
  • Automate the infrastructure stack using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Helm.
  • Integrate AI-assisted tooling and AIOps into CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation, and incident response.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging DevOps technologies to increase system resilience and developer productivity.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and operational excellence.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of DevOps experience, a Master's plus 5 years, or a PhD plus 3 years.
  • Must have experience in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
  • Must have experience working in Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Must have experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Must have scripting and automation skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Deep expertise in CI/CD tooling and practices including Jenkins, Github, or ArgoCD (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success scaling containerized microservices across regions with cost and performance optimizations (preferred).
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional engineering projects with measurable outcomes (preferred).
