The AI Operations Engineering Technical Leader joins the AI Software & Platform Group to develop Generative AI based solutions for internal platforms across security, networking, and collaboration portfolios. The role requires expertise in Python, Bash, or Go scripting to automate infrastructure and integrate AI-assisted tooling like AIOps into daily operations. You will solve complex problems regarding multi-region microservice scaling and cost optimization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline delivery pipelines and enhance developer productivity across the organization's distributed environment.

What you'll do

Implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows in large-scale distributed environments to ensure zero-downtime deployments.
Scale microservice-based platforms across multiple geographic regions using Kubernetes and automated scaling solutions.
Lead cross-functional DevOps projects from inception to completion while measuring outcomes against defined KPIs.
Automate infrastructure layers using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles with tools like Terraform and Helm.
Integrate AI-assisted tooling, copilots, and AIOps into CI/CD workflows and incident response processes.
Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve system resilience and reduce operational overhead.
Participate in an on-call rotation to ensure system reliability and performance.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 8 years of DevOps experience is required.
A Master's degree with 5 years of related experience is accepted as an alternative qualification.
A PhD with 3 years of related experience is also accepted as an alternative qualification.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools is required.
Experience working with Kubernetes and Docker is required.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is required.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or Go is required.
