LogicGate® is the leading AI GRC platform for the Enterprise, helping governance, risk, and compliance teams limit surprises, strengthen resilience, augment program performance, and confidently quantify impact and business value. Built to provide a centralized view of risk and compliance, with AI intelligence woven into the platform's core, LogicGate delivers real-time insights and actionable data to help drive current business decisions, with the flexibility to scale alongside evolving business needs. Recognized as a Leader in the GRC Market, LogicGate continues to further solidify its position as a best-in-class platform.

At LogicGate, our people are the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our employees and our customers by empowering and enabling our people to take ownership, make an impact, and deliver their best work.

We’re hiring a VP of Product Management to lead and scale our Product Management organization for our AI-powered, Enterprise GRC platform. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and serves as their primary partner in building an empowered product organization.

You’ll co-create the product strategy with the CPO and own the translation of that strategy into clear roadmaps, empowered teams, and consistent execution across the portfolio. You’ll manage and grow a team of PMs, evaluate and upgrade the existing org where needed, drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and GTM, and act as a key product leader with customers, partners, and the board.

How you’ll spend your time:

Lead and Scale the Product Management Organization

  • Build, manage, and develop a high-performing PM team. Hire, onboard, and retain high performers. Be a talent magnet people want to work for.
  • Continuously raise the bar for the PM organization through thoughtful hiring, coaching, role design, and career pathing, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles for our next stage of growth.
  • Develop deep expertise in our platform, with a clear view of what we do well, where we need to grow, and an intuition for level of effort to support prioritization and escalation decisions.

Partner on Product Strategy & Own Execution

  • Partner with the CPO to refine and evolve the product vision and multi-year strategy.
  • Own the translation of strategy into a coherent portfolio roadmap, aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure each product team has clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics, and consistently challenge teams to tie their work back to company strategy and business impact.

Lead the Execution of our AI-Powered GRC Strategy

  • Empower and upskill PMs to own AI features within their domains: establishing simple frameworks for identifying AI opportunities, evaluating feasibility, and designing safe, trustworthy AI experiences.
  • Ensure AI features are grounded in real customer problems and workflows, not AI for AI’s sake.
  • Collaborate with Security and Legal on risk, privacy, and governance for AI capabilities to create trustworthy experiences for our customers.

Own Product Operating Rhythms & Processes

  • Own the product operating system: planning cadences, quarterly roadmapping, OKRs, and portfolio review.
  • Ensure strong feedback loops from customers, GTM teams, and the market into product decision-making.
  • Continuously refine processes to support scale while staying fast and agile.

Champion Empowered Product Teams

  • Partner with Engineering and Design leaders to ensure teams are empowered, accountable, and outcome-focused.
  • Embed discovery, prototyping, and experimentation into how product teams operate.
  • Coach PMs on customer interviews, problem framing, hypothesis testing, and validation.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment & Reduce Friction

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Implementations to ensure roadmap and GTM alignment.
  • Identify and clean up cross-functional misalignment and points of organizational collision.
  • Stay calm, direct, and constructive during escalations, conflicts, and high-stakes situations.

Strong with Customers, Partners, and the Board

  • Serve as a key product leader with customers: CAB, key accounts, strategic deals, and escalations.
  • Represent the product roadmap and strategy with partners and at industry events when needed.
  • Build credibility with internal and external stakeholders through clarity, honesty, and follow-through.
  • Inspire and energize PMs and cross-functional partners about where we’re going and why, so teams feel more focused and motivated after interactions with you.

We get excited about you if you have:

  • 15+ years in Product Management, with significant experience in B2B SaaS platform companies (multi-product, integrations, workflows, data).
  • 3–5+ years directly managing PM teams, including scaling from small teams to 10+ PMs.
  • Strong history of cross-functional leadership and resolving misalignment between Product, Engineering, and GTM.
  • A track record of balancing strategic altitude with hands-on engagement – willing to dive into squads’ work when the stakes are high, while still empowering PMs to own their domains.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller: adept at framing product strategy and decisions for execs, customers, and boards.
  • Calm, direct, and constructive during escalations, conflicts, and high-stakes situations and willing to dive into the details.
  • Known by former PMs and peers as a motivating, present leader who makes time for coaching, career development, and honest feedback.
  • Experience shipping LLM powered features and/or agents in production B2B SaaS products (e.g., recommendations, copilots, automations, or predictive insights).
  • Experience leading Product Management in B2B SaaS companies in the $20M–$100M+ ARR range, ideally having helped scale a business 2–3x at that stage.
  • Experience in GRC is a plus but not required. Success in complex B2B platform environments is an essential with proven ability to ramp quickly in complex domains.

You'll set technical direction for your team and own how the work gets done. You're accountable for technical execution, team velocity, timelines, and quality. This means driving sustainable delivery of roadmap initiatives while championing modern development practices—test-driven development, frequent releases, continuous improvement. You'll work closely with Product, QA, Customer Success, and fellow engineering leaders to shape technical strategy and execute on ambitious goals.

You'll grow your engineers' capabilities, remove obstacles that slow them down, and create an environment where they can do their best work while consistently delivering value to customers and the business.

How you'll spend your time:

  • Lead / Manage, grow, and develop 4-6 engineers through regular 1:1s, coaching, and career development while removing obstacles that slow them down.
  • Execute / Set technical direction and own how the work gets done—you're accountable for technical execution, team velocity, timelines, and quality.
  • Collaborate / Work closely with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering on prioritization and execution of roadmap items using Agile methodologies.
  • Improve / Assess current engineering practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase developer efficiency and team performance.
  • Partner / Work with senior leadership and other engineering managers to build a collaborative culture and align engineering efforts with company goals.
  • Manage / Oversee vendor relationships, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact your team's delivery

What we use:

  • Front-end: TypeScript, Angular, Webpack, Sass
  • Back-end: Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, Go
  • Data: Neo4j, Redis, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL
  • Test: JUnit, Jasmine, Spectator, Cypress
  • Infrastructure: AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible
  • Work: GitLab, Slack, Jira, Confluence, G Suite

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering as a Developer, System Administrator, or Database Administrator (we value outcomes and leadership ability over exact years).
  • Experience managing 5+ direct reports, or Team Lead/Developer Lead experience with strong people leadership
  • Understanding of modern software frameworks, system architecture, and best practices for building scalable SaaS applications.
  • Strong competency in Agile processes, product roadmaps, prioritization, and estimation—you know how to balance velocity with quality.
  • Knowledge of security practices, compliance frameworks, and OWASP principles.
  • Desire to grow as both a technical leader and people manager in an engineering atmosphere that moves quickly and strives to raise the bar.
  • Ability to work across business units—you've collaborated with Product, Sales, Customer Success, or Support teams to deliver outcomes.

How you’ll Raise the Bar:

  • Champion modern development practices like test-driven development, frequent releases, and continuous improvement. Ensure your team ships with both velocity and quality.
  • Build a culture where engineers are challenged, supported, and able to do their best work. Grow their capabilities and create clear paths for development.
  • Drive developer efficiency initiatives that eliminate obstacles and reduce toil. Enable your team to focus on delivering outcomes that matter to customers.
  • Partner with engineering leadership to improve our programs, processes, and technical strategy. Assess what's working, recommend changes, and execute on ambitious goals.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $165,000 - $200,000 per year + variable + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

This is a hybrid role that requires regular, weekly presence in our Chicago or Seattle office.

As our Manager, Sales Development you will be a foundational GTM leader responsible for building and scaling pipeline generation at LogicGate. This isn't a traditional sales management role, we're looking for a GTM architect who can design scalable systems using AI, optimize every stage of the funnel, and lead from the front by maintaining an active prospecting role.

You'll own the full demand generation motion: converting inbound leads and executing targeted outbound campaigns against strategic new logo accounts. Your primary mission is to build repeatable, data-driven plays that generate qualified pipeline and revenue while coaching and training early sales professionals. You'll leverage AI and modern GTM technology to reimagine how SDRs work—using automation, intelligence tools, and conversation analytics to scale impact without scaling headcount.. If you're equally comfortable building Salesforce dashboards and as you are running discovery calls, designing account-based plays as you are coaching objection handling, and analyzing conversion funnels as you are celebrating team wins—this is the role for you.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role. You'll collaborate directly with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps leadership to define prospecting strategy, establish KPIs, and drive accountability for pipeline quality and revenue outcomes.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Sales Development strategy and execution - Design and implement the full GTM blueprint for inbound conversion and outbound prospecting across target accounts and territories; continuously analyze pipeline metrics (conversion rates, velocity, lead quality) to identify and execute levers for growth
  • Reimagine SDR workflows with AI - Stay ahead of the curve on AI-powered prospecting tools, message generation, research automation, and conversation intelligence; continuously experiment with new technologies to scale team impact and productivity
  • Lead from the front - Manage day-to-day team activities while maintaining an active prospecting role; model best practices through live calls, email sequences, and account research that demonstrate the craft
  • Build and optimize the engine - Act as the critical liaison between Sales and Marketing; define and enforce SLAs for lead response times, MQL-to-SQL qualification criteria, and pipeline hygiene standards
  • Drive pipeline infrastructure and AI adoption - Manage and optimize the sales development tech stack (CRM, workflow, intent data tools, conversation intelligence); build and test your own cadences, leverage Gong for call coaching and pattern recognition, and deploy AI tools for account research, lookalike identification, and contact discovery to maximize team efficiency and output
  • Coach and develop early-career sales talent - Implement rigorous coaching programs focused on enterprise prospecting, stakeholder mapping, qualification rigor, and executive engagement; mentor SDRs on complex B2B sales skills while creating pathways to senior SDR, team lead, or specialized GTM roles as they grow
  • Own the metrics - Set clear, actionable goals and guide the team to achieve outstanding monthly and quarterly results; provide accurate pipeline forecasting and performance analysis to senior leadership, articulating drivers, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Scale the function - Drive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of high-potential SDR talent; build scalable processes and playbooks that enable consistent execution as the team grows

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Required:

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of quota achievement in a high-velocity environment, including 3+ years directly managing or building SDR/BDR teams
  • GTM engineer mindset - Demonstrated success defining, implementing, and optimizing sales processes (qualification frameworks, cadence structures, lead management, account selection) that resulted in measurable pipeline growth
  • Technical operator and AI enthusiast - Expert proficiency with Salesforce and hands-on experience building/managing cadences in Outreach or Salesloft; proven ability to use Gong for call coaching and performance analysis; comfortable experimenting with AI tools for research, prospecting, and workflow automation; can derive actionable insights from pipeline data and conversation intelligence
  • Player-coach DNA - You lead by example and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves; you believe the best managers stay connected to the craft and coach through demonstration
  • Cross-functional collaborator - Exceptional ability to work with Marketing, Sales Ops, and AE leadership to drive alignment on GTM strategy, campaign execution, and SLAs
  • Talent developer - Coaching-centric leadership style with a passion for mentorship and developing early-career professionals into top performers

We get excited about you if you have:

  • GRC, Risk, Compliance, or Governance technology experience - Familiarity with selling to Risk, Compliance, Audit, IT, or Legal buyers
  • Methodology expertise - Certification or deep experience with established frameworks (MEDDIC, SPICED, Challenger) and implementing them within a coaching program
  • Builder credentials - You've launched outbound plays from scratch, implemented new tools/platforms, or created enablement programs that drove measurable results
  • AI/automation track record - Examples of using AI tools (ChatGPT, Clay, Claude, generative research tools) to improve prospecting efficiency, message quality, or account intelligence
  • Services or solution selling background - Experience beyond pure SaaS, especially in consultative or complex solution environment

The anticipated on-target earnings range for the role is $115,000 - $140,000 per year + equity + benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors, such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
