AI Model Delivery Lead

What you'll do

• Lead model governance and validation readiness activities across the AI/ML model lifecycle.
• Coordinate model documentation, evidence collection, and validation support.
• Manage the remediation of findings to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Data Science, Risk, and Compliance teams to meet governance requirements.
• Ensure models are audit-ready and production-ready through testing and monitoring.
• Implement explainability requirements for AI/ML models.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of experience supporting AI/ML model development, model governance, or model risk management.
• Knowledge of model validation processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and Agile delivery experience.
• Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, virtual assistants, or digital platform technologies (preferred).
• Understanding of AI governance, explainability, bias testing, and model monitoring practices (preferred).
• Experience preparing models for validation, audit, or regulatory review (preferred).
• Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience (preferred).
