What you'll do

  • Drive the end-to-end execution and delivery of AI/ML platforms, including conversational agents and RAG systems.
  • Translate product strategy and roadmaps into detailed engineering execution plans, sprint schedules, and milestones.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies across Software Engineering, Data Science, UX/UI, and Information Security teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical blockers, resource constraints, and risks to ensure on-time project delivery.
  • Facilitate technical design reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint retrospectives to maintain team alignment.
  • Track the integration of LLM APIs, data pipelines, and microservices for seamless deployment.
  • Distill complex engineering progress into concise status updates for executive leadership and business partners.
  • Drive MLOps best practices including version control, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing for AI systems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically requires 8+ years of experience in Engineering Program Management, Technical Project Management, or a related role within software engineering or data organizations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, distributed enterprise software or data-driven products.
  • Strong technical fluency with architectural diagrams, API integrations, and software development life cycles (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with Python to read code, evaluate technical Proof of Concepts, and run basic scripts.
  • Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning concepts, and LLM ecosystems including GenAI, RAG, and prompt engineering.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Wrike.
  • Background in sales analytics, go-to-market strategies, or sales operations (preferred); Master's degree or PMP/CSM certifications (preferred).
