What you'll do

Manage technical programs by integrating AI strategies to meet project goals and deadlines.
Track project progress, report status, and proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
Identify and implement process improvements using AI-enabled tools and shared best practices.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure effective delivery and strategic alignment.
Organize and facilitate project meetings while tracking action items and key performance metrics.
Drive the strategic program vision and coordinate priorities across multiple workstreams.
Execute high-stakes technical efforts requiring rapid turnaround, clear decision rights, and risk management plans.

What we're looking for

7+ years of experience in product management, program management, or a relevant field.
5+ years of experience managing dynamic and fast-paced portfolios of work.
Proficiency with GenAI tools (e.g., LLM Suite) and other firm-approved AI tools.
Proficiency in Office 365 project management tools including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
Expertise in risk and change management, influencing, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving.
Strong analytical reasoning to track performance metrics, monitor project health, and identify improvements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and collaborative storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
