Senior Associate AI Control Manager

What you'll do

• Conduct risk assessments on AI/ML solutions to ensure compliance with firmwide governance standards and policies.
• Execute control testing for KYC and client onboarding processes including documentation completeness and evidence standards.
• Perform data-driven testing across large datasets using automation and analytical tools to identify operational breaks.
• Develop prompt engineering and reusable templates to automate evidence checks and policy validation.
• Identify control gaps and recurring themes to lead root cause discussions and remediation tracking with stakeholders.
• Document testing scope, sampling results, and evidence in a clear, audit-ready format.
• Implement AI-enabled tools to streamline manual processes and improve the accuracy of onboarding documentation.
• Monitor key operational risks and regulatory activities to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML concepts from a Risk & Controls perspective.
• Hands-on experience streamlining processes using AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to analyze large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead discussions across various functions.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering for evidence checks, policy validation, and issue summarization.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in risk management or the financial services industry is preferred.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Pega, or Python is preferred.
