As an Applied AI/ML - Senior Associate, you will join the Data Science team to design and deliver secure, stable, and scalable technology products. The role requires expertise in LLM orchestration, LangChain, LangGraph, and Databricks for managing data lakes and processing workflows. You will solve complex business problems by implementing supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised machine learning techniques while leveraging NLP and GenAI models like OpenAI to create production-ready capabilities within the financial services domain.

What you'll do

  • Develop production-ready AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Build and implement Agentic AI frameworks using tools like LangChain or LangGraph.
  • Develop end-to-end machine learning solutions using supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised techniques.
  • Write high-quality Python code utilizing libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  • Build and manage data processing workflows and data lakes using Databricks.
  • Conduct research and development to create innovative technical solutions for the firm.
  • Mentor and coach other team members on AI/ML technical skills and professional growth.
  • Create Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and advance them into production-ready capabilities.

What we're looking for

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of applied experience in data science, machine learning, or related areas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python with experience in PySpark and Spark SQL.
  • Experience with LLM orchestration, Agentic AI libraries, and building AI agents.
  • Proficiency in using GenAI models (OpenAI or similar) to solve business problems.
  • Experience building and managing data lakes and processing workflows using Databricks.
  • Understanding of AWS components (preferred).
  • Experience integrating AI/ML models into data pipelines, version control, and CI/CD pipelines (preferred).
