AI Capacity Operations Manager

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end AI model capacity programs including demand management, prioritization, allocation, and resource optimization.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Finance, Product, and Sales teams to deliver strategic capacity initiatives.
• Establish and optimize operating rhythms, governance frameworks, and decision-making mechanisms to improve business performance.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process automation and simplification to increase scalability.
• Develop data-driven insights, forecasting models, and executive dashboards to inform investment decisions and strategy.
• Manage executive communications and escalation processes for critical capacity initiatives across the organization.
• Establish governance processes to manage risks and ensure compliance with business requirements for AI programs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement (or equivalent).
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and other required security screenings.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across multiple organizations and executive stakeholders (preferred).
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in rapidly evolving environments (preferred).
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities using data to support business decisions (preferred).
• Experience building executive communications, dashboards, business reviews, and strategic recommendations (preferred).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, capacity planning, or large-scale operational systems (preferred).
