As an Agility Lead Senior Associate - Digital Portfolio Management within the Consumer Community Banking Digital Portfolio Management team, you will guide solution delivery teams in adopting and tailoring agile practices across the entire product development lifecycle. You will facilitate group discussions, manage ceremonies like daily scrums and sprint planning, and promote continuous improvement through coaching and leadership. A primary focus involves transitioning teams toward an agentic world by integrating AI assistants and workflows into day-to-day activities such as backlog refinement, story slicing, and test strategy. You will utilize Jira and enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to accelerate delivery planning while ensuring high quality and governance. The role addresses the challenge of modernizing product operating models for AI-enabled delivery, requiring you to navigate complex project dependencies, resolve conflicts, and manage resource capacity using data-informed insights in a rapidly evolving technical landscape.
Guide and support solution delivery teams in adopting and tailoring agile methodologies across the product development lifecycle.
Coach teams on integrating AI assistants and agentic workflows into daily ceremonies and execution tasks.
Facilitate group discussions and decision-making processes to drive continuous improvement and high performance.
Utilize enterprise-authorized AI tools to accelerate delivery planning, artifact creation, and data synthesis.
Manage agile ceremonies while introducing AI-augmented practices for tracking metrics and action items.
Identify and resolve barriers within the product development lifecycle to ensure scalable, high-quality outcomes.
Coach teams on using Jira and other tools to improve backlog clarity, story readiness, and delivery flow.
Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted continuous improvement routines while ensuring human review and alignment with standards.
What we're looking for
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain focusing on guiding teams to adopt agile methodologies and practices.
Comprehensive understanding of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices.
Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support agile delivery workflows with strong validation habits.
Ability to review and validate AI-assisted summaries and recommendations while following data handling expectations.
Proficiency in facilitating group discussions, decision-making processes, and collaborative activities within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in agile delivery and coaching teams toward continuous improvement using data-driven metrics and experimentation.
Kanban and modernization experience, including improving flow efficiency and reducing cycle time (preferred).
Experience coaching teams on AI-assisted or agentic delivery practices while maintaining quality, risk, and governance standards (preferred).
