Senior Lead Architect, Digital and Platform Services

What you'll do

• Define current, proximal, and target state architectures for strategic applications to optimize business value.
• Lead initiatives to integrate GenAI technologies into existing systems to improve automation and customer experience.
• Develop secure production code while reviewing and debugging code written by other team members.
• Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns across software development life cycle and toolchain practices.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and vendors.
• Evaluate new technologies against existing standards to influence the adoption of leading-edge solutions.
• Represent product families in technical governance bodies to improve architecture governance practices.
• Build innovative solutions using cloud-native design principles to solve complex business problems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture and technical processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated ability to architect and build high-volume, microservices, domain-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native systems.
• Experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in architecture workflows while ensuring security and auditability.
• Proven ability to evaluate emerging technologies and influence technical direction across cross-functional teams.
• Practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
