Senior Lead Architect, Digital and Platform Services

What you'll do

• Define current and target state architecture for strategic applications to optimize business value.
• Lead initiatives to integrate GenAI technologies into existing systems to enhance automation and customer experience.
• Develop secure production code and perform code reviews and debugging for other team members.
• Establish reuse-first AI-enabled engineering patterns and governance across SDLC and toolchain practices.
• Provide technical guidance and direction to business teams, contractors, and external vendors.
• Evaluate new technologies against existing standards to influence the adoption of leading-edge solutions.
• Build innovative solutions using modern technology and cloud-native design principles to solve business problems.
• Represent product families in technical governance bodies to propose improvements to architecture practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• Formal training or certification on architecture concepts and 5+ years of applied experience.
• Advanced proficiency in one or more programming languages and deep expertise in software architecture and technical processes.
• Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and build high-volume, microservices, domain-driven, event-driven, and cloud-native systems.
• Hands-on experience with one of the public clouds: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Demonstrated experience applying enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within architecture and engineering workflows with strong validation habits.
• Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines (preferred).
• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI (preferred).
• Experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies (preferred).
• Experience in risk and risk control compliance (preferred).
