Agile Solutions Manager

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale Agile execution and improvement initiatives across various program segments and Integrated Product Teams.
• Coordinate and standardize workflows, planning practices, and execution processes across all program teams.
• Chair and facilitate the Agile Steering Committee to ensure program-wide alignment and follow-through.
• Standardize and lead quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning activities across all segments.
• Support sprint alignment, cadence, and integration across multiple cross-functional teams.
• Partner with leadership to remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and support overall program objectives.
• Conduct organizational assessments to identify opportunities for enhancing operational and delivery maturity.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 for export control compliance.
• 10+ years of experience in a role requiring project or program management skills.
• 5+ years of experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination.
• Bachelor of Science in engineering, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science (preferred).
• Experience leading large-scale Agile standardization, PI planning, and using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps (preferred).
