Manager, Solutions Architecture, Oracle AI Software

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects through mentoring and task prioritization.
• Drive the integration of NVIDIA’s AI software stack and open-weight models into Oracle’s platforms and services.
• Define architectures and integration strategies for generative AI, inference, and agentic AI with Oracle engineering leaders.
• Guide technical engagements from initial discovery through to production deployment while resolving technical challenges.
• Optimize model serving for performance, latency, efficiency, scalability, and cost across enterprise workloads.
• Conduct workshops and architecture reviews to demonstrate technical value and guide customer adoption.
• Translate customer feedback into product decisions and align technical efforts with business priorities.

What we're looking for

• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a technical role.
• Minimum of 4 years leading people or complex technical projects.
• Strong technical expertise in generative AI, including large language models, model evaluation, and deployment of open-weight models.
• Practical experience with AI inference, model serving, performance optimization, and deploying workloads on accelerated computing infrastructure.
• Experience building or deploying agentic AI applications, including retrieval, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for engineers, customers, and senior management.
• Experience working with Oracle, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, or Oracle’s enterprise software (preferred).
