What you'll do

Provide systems engineering support for new AEGIS and Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense baselines.
Analyze system performance data to recommend design and performance improvements based on tactical insights.
Develop and maintain MATLAB-based tools for data processing and analysis.
Support certification processes, flight test missions, and configuration control boards through detailed documentation.
Assist with operational readiness reporting and baseline certification efforts.
Improve data collection methodologies and analytical tools.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, or a related technical field.
3-5 or more years of industry or DoD/DoN experience.
US citizenship and an active secret clearance (or higher).
Experience with AEGIS Combat Systems.
Strong understanding of RADAR engineering and physics to optimize SPY 6 RADAR detection and tracking.
Experience with testing and development protocols, including documentation for program development and system qualification.
Strong background in systems engineering, test planning, and performance analysis.
Proficiency with MATLAB or equivalent for data analysis.
