What you'll do

  • Create technical designs and implementation plans based on business requirements and operational workflows.
  • Configure and deploy ADMS applications, modules, and integrated solutions across development and production environments.
  • Monitor system health and performance while performing server patching on Windows and Linux environments.
  • Troubleshoot application issues through log analysis, trace review, and root cause analysis.
  • Validate data accuracy and system interoperability for interfaces between SCADA, OMS, GIS, and DMS.
  • Maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, operational runbooks, and deployment artifacts.
  • Manage system provisioning and resource management within virtualized environments like VMware vCenter.
  • Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support operational monitoring and business decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Experience with ADMS implementation and production support is required.
  • Experience with ADMS, SCADA, OMS, DMS, and GIS systems integration is required.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux server administration is required.
  • Experience with VMware vCenter administration is required.
  • Ability to perform systems troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and interface testing is required.
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboard development is required.
  • Knowledge of network fundamentals including IP, LAN, and firewall concepts is required.
