What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new merchant partnerships.
  • Work with ~225 assigned leads to drive DoorDash platform adoption in emerging markets.
  • Build trusted relationships and creatively engage merchants across lower-density geographies.
  • Master sales tools and channels to optimize lead conversion and pipeline management.

What we're looking for

  • Proven success running full sales cycles from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Strong cold-calling skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Coachable mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and improve continuously.
