  • Educate merchants on the DoorDash Commerce Platform’s key components.
  • Address technical objections and help modernize digital ordering experiences.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding merchants through technical decision-making.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of high-velocity sales experience with a strong track record.
  • Proven ability to conduct outbound prospecting and manage cold outreach effectively.
  • Expertise in explaining value propositions, handling objections, and guiding technical decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Zoom, Chorus, Outreach, Excel for data-driven storytelling.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and collaboration with Account Managers and stakeholders.
