About the role:
Samsara is seeking a talented and driven Sales Director to manage and develop one of our Select Enterprise Sales teams. You should be an energetic evangelist passionate about introducing a transformative new technology into the market. You should have a history of over-achievement (Presidents Club, etc.) and be comfortable managing teams that sell into all levels of an enterprise organization in both technology and lines of business.
This is a remote position open to candidates residing in Mexico. This position requires travel up to 50% of the time.
In this role, you will:
- Coach a team of ~4 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and achieve quarterly/yearly targets
- Hire new account executives and provide both onboarding and ongoing coaching to ensure their growth and success
- Support account executives through professional development plans
- Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives
- Further culture within the team and commercial organization with high emotional intelligence
- Collaborate with executive team to develop performance metrics
- Coordinate the involvement of Field Sales Engineers and support teams so that performance objectives and customers’ expectations are consistently met
- Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
- Hire, develop, lead and retain an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team
Minimum requirements for the role:
- Previous experience supervising a sales team in Mexico, (Enterprise Accounts preferred) in a management capacity
- Proven track record of ability to train, spearhead and motivate enterprise sales teams
- Solid understanding of SFDC and accurate forecasting methodology
- 8+ years of technology sales experience
- At least 2 years of managing sales teams that handle complex sales cycles involving multiple decision makers, multiple products, and extended time-frames
- Ability to manage C-level and senior level relationships within large companies
- Position requires frequent travel within the Mexican territory for customer visits and key industry events
- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish) and comfortable with public speaking
- Proficient in utilizing tools such as SFDC
An ideal candidate also has:
- Passion in helping Account Executives close large, complex deals
- Leader who is dynamic and willing to be hands-on

About the role:
Are you a talented software engineer who’s excited to drive measurable business growth through technology? At Samsara, we’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer - Growth to help accelerate revenue by building products, systems, and AI agents that power scalable growth. You’ll work closely with our go-to-market (GTM) teams to identify opportunities, design and build solutions, and measure their real-world impact. You’ll work across the full stack, from architecture and deployment to testing and iteration. In this role, you will:
- Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify opportunity areas and execute projects to grow customers and revenue.
- Build and scale products that power Samsara's revenue engine, including customer acquisition funnels, revenue pipeline generation platforms, lead management infrastructure, and GTM AI products.
- Develop AI-powered products and agents that drive revenue pipeline and improve GTM operational efficiency - whether that's enhancing lead scoring models, automating content generation and multi-step GTM workflows, enriching data, or building smarter seller-facing tools.
- Partner closely with Product, Design, Sales, and Marketing to implement growth initiatives.
- Serve as a technical leader, mentoring junior engineers, driving engineering discussions and architectural decisions, influencing adoption of AI, and implementing product development best practices.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments.
- Proficiency in Python (Flask or similar frameworks) and JavaScript (ideally Vue.js or comparable frontend frameworks).
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms for deployment and scalability.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, and deploy production-quality systems end-to-end.
- Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Excellent debugging, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Strong business acumen and a curiosity about growth strategy, customer journeys, and go-to-market metrics.
- Adaptable, experiment-driven mindset with a track record of learning from testing and iteration in fast-paced environments.
- Experience using AWS services: Elastic Beanstalk, Amplify, Lambda, CloudFront, Kinesis, EventBridge and experience developing Google Chrome Extensions

The range of annual base salary for full-time employees for this position is below. Please note that base pay offered may vary depending on factors including your city of residence, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is also eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff, and ongoing refresh opportunities tied to performance, subject to plan terms and conditions. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to lead products that influence $XXXM+ in revenue pipeline and XXXK+ leads annually.

In this role you will:
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for growth products that power Samsara's revenue engine — including customer acquisition funnels, revenue pipeline generation tools, lead management infrastructure, and AI-powered GTM AI tooling.
- Build and scale lead-generating products such as Direct Mail and referral loops.
- Improve and extend Samsara's lead management platform — the system that ingests, enriches, matches, deduplicates, and scores every inbound customer lead — to increase data quality, processing speed, and conversion rates.
- Apply AI and LLMs to GTM workflows — whether that's improving lead scoring models, automating content generation, enriching data with AI agents, or building smarter seller-facing tools.
- Partner deeply with Sales, Marketing, Sales Ops, Revenue Technology, and Engineering to understand GTM workflows, identify pain points, and ship products that eliminate friction and accelerate revenue.
- Define and track success metrics (revenue generated, ROI, lead quality, processing speed, adoption) to measure impact and guide prioritization.
- Integrate experimentation and data-driven decision-making into the product development process, running A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to build intuitive, reliable, and scalable products that sellers and marketers trust and love to use.

Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, growth, or a related role building and shipping products.
- Demonstrated ability to take products from concept through launch and iteration in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impact.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product metrics, business data, and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategy, trade-offs, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bias toward action and comfort operating hands-on in ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces.
- Strong product instincts and a keen eye for user experience, with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
An ideal candidate has:
- Experience building internal tools or growth products used by Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations teams.
- Familiarity with lead management systems, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
- Experience with B2B growth product management, including pipeline generation, lead flow optimization, or direct mail / gifting programs at scale.
- Hands-on experience running experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization, cohort analysis) to improve product and business outcomes.
- Experience building or managing AI-powered product features — such as LLM-based workflows, AI agents, data enrichment, scoring models, or content automation.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) in your own day-to-day work to move faster and think bigger.
- Understanding of B2B SaaS go-to-market motions and how product, sales, and marketing work together to drive revenue.
- MBA or Master's degree in a technical or business field.

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments.
- Proficiency in front end development is a much needed skill for this role.
- Proficiency in Python (Flask or similar frameworks) and JavaScript (ideally Vue.js or comparable frontend frameworks).
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms for deployment and scalability.
- Strong understanding of web architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, test, and deploy production-quality systems end-to-end.
- Experience using data and analytics to identify opportunities, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
- Excellent debugging, technical communication, and problem-solving skills.
An ideal candidate also has:
- Strong business acumen and a curiosity about growth strategy, customer journeys, and go-to-market metrics.
- Adaptable, experiment-driven mindset with a track record of learning from testing and iteration in fast-paced environments.

- Build customer-facing self-serve products from the ground up using a combination of custom frontends, Cloud applications, backend services, and scripts, etc.
- Collaborate with product, design, marketing, sales operations, finance and other GTM teams to implement growth initiatives.
- Leverage data to understand our customers and our funnel in depth, identify areas of opportunity and execute projects to drive revenue, customer growth, retention, and/or engagement.

- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack or growth-focused environments.
- Proficiency in front end development is a much needed skill for this role.

- Experience working with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms for deployment and scalability.

In this role, you will:
- Architect and maintain complex marketing databases, datasets, pipelines and Samsara’s Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable advanced segmentation, targeting, automation and analytics.
- Design and implement data infrastructure for AI/ML initiatives, including building pipelines for Generative AI applications, feature stores, and vector database integrations to support predictive modeling and personalization.
- Support the execution of expanding conversational BI and Ambient AI within the marketing organization in partnership with the BI team.
- Support in the automation of many manual tasks through the use of AI leading to efficiency gains for the whole marketing organization.

In this role, you will:
