Senior Test Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Build and operate the test infrastructure service stack including compute, storage, and tester provisioning.
• Establish standards for tester images, configuration baselines, inventory management, and lifecycle management.
• Automate tester provisioning, configuration, recovery, and log collection using infrastructure-as-code tools.
• Develop service runbooks, monitoring dashboards, alerts, and incident procedures for all supported services.
• Coordinate with CM site operations on physical deployment, rack-and-stack, power, and equipment replacement.
• Ensure test infrastructure complies with enterprise identity, network, security, and hardware standards.
• Identify and mitigate capacity, reliability, and security risks to maintain test throughput.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, systems engineering, test engineering, lab operations, or technical operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on Linux administration and ability to solve issues.
• Experience with servers, storage, networking fundamentals, remote-management controllers, and hardware/lab environments.
• Experience with automation and configuration management using Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, CI/CD, or equivalent.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, alerting, incident response, and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently across distributed teams, CM partners, and IT organizations with clear written communication.
• Experience supporting hardware validation, factory/CM operations, data centers, or large-scale test labs (preferred).
