What you'll do

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6+ months of work experience, training, military experience, or a combination thereof.
  • Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027 (preferred).
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Finance, Organizational Psychology, or Analytics (preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools to support research, organization, and presentation creation (preferred).
  • Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills to generate insights and support innovative HR solutions (preferred).
  • Ability to execute with urgency, attention to detail, project management, and an enterprise mindset (preferred).
  • Strong collaboration, communication, business acumen, and ability to act with integrity regarding risk and compliance (preferred).
