What you'll do

  • Use AI tools like LLM Suite and Copilot to accelerate research, drafting, and data analysis.
  • Validate AI outputs by identifying risks and applying professional judgment to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and deliver forward-looking people strategies.
  • Present project deliverables and strategic recommendations to senior leadership at the end of the program.
  • Solve real business challenges using a digital-first mindset and critical thinking skills.
  • Analyze workforce data to generate insights and inform organizational decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Must be currently pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th-year M.A./M.S. with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Demonstrated interest in Human Resources through coursework, clubs, research, or prior work experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze challenges and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating across teams and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Data literacy with an ability to use data and analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Active experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and the ability to verify output quality.
