What you'll do

  • Manage a distressed credit portfolio of 10-15+ accounts as the primary analyst.
  • Perform quality loan reporting and detailed credit analysis for assigned accounts.
  • Participate in customer-facing conversations and monthly portfolio reviews.
  • Research risk problems to determine root causes and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Provide strategic support to risk teams by coordinating and executing specific initiatives.
  • Monitor, identify, and escalate risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Use data insights and technical acumen to identify emerging risk trends.

What we're looking for

  • Must have 6+ months of work experience or equivalent training/education.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with an expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to foster inclusion and collaborate effectively.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) is required.
  • Must possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify risk trends and use data insights.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment.
