What you'll do

  • Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Power BI to inform risk decisions and business strategies.
  • Use emerging technologies, including AI and advanced analytics tools, to identify patterns and improve risk management outcomes.
  • Translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Support the design, analysis, and execution of high-impact risk initiatives of moderate complexity.
  • Identify root causes of risk issues and develop solutions that influence business outcomes.
  • Coordinate and execute strategic risk initiatives to ensure enterprise priorities are implemented at scale.
  • Participate in immersive training sessions and interact with senior leaders to learn how risk is managed across the firm.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must have 6+ months of work experience or equivalent training/education.
  • A bachelor's degree in STEM, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Analytics is preferred for those graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Candidates should have experience or interest in data analysis using SQL, Python, and Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and emerging technologies is desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to collaborate and share insights.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary to identify risk trends and solve complex problems.
