Workplace Technical Operations Lead

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end delivery governance for large-scale, cross-functional workplace technology programs from initiation through implementation.
• Define program operating cadences, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics to improve predictability and accountability.
• Build portfolio dashboards and executive-ready reporting using advanced analytics and automated data pipelines.
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, budget tracking, capitalization planning, and variance commentary.
• Partner with risk and control functions to ensure delivery practices align with required controls and audit readiness.
• Drive team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices while establishing validation standards for security and performance.
• Implement workflow automation to reduce manual reporting, improve data quality, and accelerate decision-making.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors to resolve blockers and maintain alignment on outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Five years of experience leading complex technology programs, infrastructure deployments, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-workstream delivery across cross-functional stakeholders and vendors.
• Proven ability to improve execution using automation, data analytics, and modern work management practices.
• Demonstrated experience leading the use of approved AI-assisted software development tools and setting validation standards for outputs.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and security expectations.
• Hands-on experience with workflow or work management platforms like Monday.com to automate workflows and reporting.
• Experience producing portfolio-level reporting, executive dashboards, and operational metrics with strong attention to data quality.
• Demonstrated financial management skills, including forecasting, budget tracking, and business case support.
• Strong risk management and control mindset, including clear documentation and governance discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of software delivery practices and tooling across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Experience delivering technology solutions in workplace, retail, or built-environment programs (preferred).
• Advanced experience configuring workflow automations, portfolio dashboards, and resource views within a work management platform (preferred).
• Experience establishing standards for validating AI-assisted engineering outputs for correctness, performance, and security (preferred).
• Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including data sensitivity considerations and secure handling of prompts, inputs, and outputs (preferred).
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives and driving adoption of new operating models and tools (preferred).
