What you'll do

Lead the delivery lifecycle of high-risk Corporate Technology programs from initiation through closure.
Develop and implement structured project and program delivery methodologies across the organization.
Manage cross-functional teams to deliver innovative technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
Provide thorough reporting and communicate complex plans and issues to diverse stakeholder audiences.
Utilize AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting while ensuring human review.
Facilitate discussions to design technology solutions using both waterfall and agile techniques.

What we're looking for

Experience delivering or contributing to the delivery of effective technology change projects/programs.
Experience working within or implementing a structured project/program delivery approach.
Experience facilitating discussions to design technology solutions.
Experience driving projects toward completion while identifying and resolving risks, issues, and dependencies.
Experience managing stakeholder expectations and driving execution across cross-functional technology and business teams.
Proven ability to support a team in driving a project or program from initiation through closure.
Understanding of both waterfall and agile techniques.
Expertise in technology program management tools including JIRA, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
