The Workday Integration Architect joins the IT department to design, develop, and maintain integrations across the Workday ecosystem. This role supports critical business functions including Human Resources, Finance, and Supply Chain by ensuring seamless data exchange and system reliability. The architect will partner with various internal teams to analyze business requirements, optimize workflows, and deliver high-quality technical solutions that enhance data integrity and system performance. Key responsibilities involve developing scalable solutions that align with organizational standards and strategic goals. Required expertise includes Workday experience, Enterprise Resource Planning software support, and system analysis for business, clinical, or administrative applications. Candidates must possess skills in data integrations, application roadmaps, and technical or workflow architecture. A Workday Certification is required or must be obtained within twelve months of hire.

What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, computer science, business, informatics, or a related field is required.
High School Diploma and five years of experience in system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5 years of experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software support and performing system analysis with business, clinical, or administrative applications is required.
Experience with data integrations, application roadmaps, and technical or workflow architecture is required.
Workday experience is required.
Workday Certification is required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
Applicants must reside in AZ, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, SC, TN, TX, OH, WI, or WY.
