What you'll do

Provide architectural and technical guidance to product development to ensure sound engineering design and quality practices.
Oversee the design of software, hardware, and infrastructure components.
Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and continual integration processes and tools.
Lead the software, hardware, and infrastructure development group to meet technical standardization goals.
Maintain organizational balance and system coherency between build and buy scenarios.
Implement secure coding practices, thread modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
Design, develop, and implement large-scale system projects.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
5 years of recent relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge and experience with industry development languages and frameworks.
Working knowledge of networking architecture and other protocols.
Working knowledge of secure coding practices, thread modeling, and vulnerability assessments.
Proficient knowledge of object-oriented programming, client/server, scripting, portal technology, web architecture, and development.
Extensive knowledge of designing, developing, and implementing large-scale system projects.
Workday and/or HR technology experience along with ERP systems, ServiceNow, and/or JIRA experience (preferred).
