Workday Certified Financials Studio Integration Consultant

What you'll do

• Design point-to-point integrations and holistic interchange services to ensure high data quality and reliable information exchange.
• Solve complex business problems by integrating Workday cloud applications with external systems across HCM and Financial domains.
• Build, support, and test the Workday integration codebase using Studio, EIB, and third-party coding.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements for domain-specific integrations.
• Create and deliver technical requirement and design documents to the development team.
• Manage the end-to-end integration delivery process while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Identify and escalate project risks while developing alternative technical or functional solutions when necessary.
• Propose process improvements and methodology changes based on project experience and results.

What we're looking for

• Must be Workday Studio Certified.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Financials (FINs) implementations.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with integration tools including Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Document Transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience).
• Associate’s Degree must have at least 6 years of work experience.
• Knowledge of Health Industry (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Workday Financial data model including FDM, Subledger Accounting, and Customer/Supplier objects (preferred).
