JOB TITLE: Wireless SoC System Validation, FW and NPI Engineering Program Manager The Wireless Silicon Engineering Program Management team is seeking a leader to program manage pioneering wireless connectivity chipsets. This role involves coordinating multi-functional teams to ensure performance, quality, and schedule requirements are met for various products. You will drive technical issue resolution to enable on-time silicon delivery, interface across wireless connectivity silicon, modules, systems, and firmware, and lead issue triage during NPI builds. Key responsibilities include tracking and reporting program risks and status to executive management. The position requires proficiency in wireless connectivity systems for standards including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB. Candidates should possess a technical background in wireless system setup, validation, firmware management, and product integration to solve complex problems within the wireless systems and silicon engineering ecosystem.

What you'll do

Drive technical issue resolution to ensure on-time silicon delivery for all Apple products.
Resolve Wireless Connectivity Silicon, Module, System, and Firmware issues across multi-functional teams.
Integrate Wireless Connectivity Silicon into products and lead issue triage during NPI builds.
Track, organize, and report program risks and status to executive management.
Manage the development of wireless connectivity chipsets to meet performance and quality requirements.
Coordinate multi-functional teams from the concept phase through to production.

What we're looking for

BS degree is required.
10+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
Proficiency in Wireless Connectivity systems for two or more contemporary communication standards, including Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and UWB is required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (preferred).
Ability to lead technical teams and multi-functional groups as a creative problem solver (preferred).
Sophisticated multitasking skills and real-time crisis management (preferred).
Demonstrated experience in technical program management (preferred).
Technical background in wireless system setup, validation, firmware management, and product integration (preferred).
