What you'll do

Drive technical issue resolution to ensure silicon meets product schedule requirements.
Track program milestones across pre-silicon development, prototyping, bring-up, and production ramp.
Coordinate with multi-functional teams including Design, Systems Engineering, Validation, and Firmware/Software.
Lead technical sessions with partners to supervise and resolve engineering concerns.
Align cross-functional teams to deliver silicon configurations for smooth product bring-up.
Develop and execute risk management and mitigation strategies for program delivery.
Manage bug tracking, issue reporting, and communication of risks to stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in a technical field.
10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Previous SoC development experience.
Experience in silicon, FPGA, or system validation.
Knowledge of wireless connectivity standards.
Expertise in project development and technical program management.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills for multi-functional team coordination.
Ability to manage real-time crises and multitask in a dynamic engineering environment.
