What you'll do

Lead global wireless certification and technology development within a dynamic regulatory environment.
Manage test planning, schedules, and resource optimization for hardware product delivery.
Oversee issue management and prioritize data-driven decisions regarding product integrity.
Deliver technical briefings and status updates to senior engineering management and executives.
Engage in external outreach to technical bodies, committees, and regulators to champion company priorities.
Drive consensus and manage competing trade-offs across cross-functional teams in the wireless space.
Build and implement scalable systems to ensure consistency and rigor in compliance processes.
Facilitate escalation management and ensure seamless information flow across all internal teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 7-10 years of experience in technical program management, issues project management, or a related role within hardware development or NPI.
Proven experience in cross-functional leadership and the ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated ability to identify process gaps and build scalable systems, frameworks, or processes from the ground up.
Ability to synthesize complex information, facilitate consensus-building, and manage competing priorities and tradeoffs.
Familiarity with the RF/wireless technology space and/or regulatory compliance processes.
Experience developing and executing strategic roadmaps in a global, multi-region environment.
Ability to embark on international travel up to 15% of the time.
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or an MBA (preferred).
Foreign language proficiency relevant in major markets (preferred).
Experience with certification testing for consumer electronics bodies such as FCC, ISED, and CE RED (preferred).
Technical experience with core technologies like WiFi, SAR, OTA, Bluetooth, EMC, and Cellular (preferred).
Technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (preferred).
Experience in high-volume manufacturing and product development (preferred).
